What FLAM is
A fashion house for creative AI — professional lookbooks, packshots and collection imagery, developed from choices you make rather than prompts you write.
The house develops professional imagery for fashion brands: lookbooks, packshots and collection frames, at the standard a buyer's meeting expects. You work by choosing. Models, pieces, ground, the one frame you approve. There is no prompt box, and there never will be.
If you read one thing
Everything here is built on a locked frame: one developed image you approve, which every later frame inherits. That is what makes a set look like one shoot instead of forty. See the Lookbook.

How the house talks
A few words are used precisely, and it is worth knowing which.
- Develop — what happens when a frame comes into being. Never "generate".
- Lock — approving one frame so everything after it is built from it.
- Ground — the set a frame sits on: a real sweep with a floor and a light.
- Piece — one garment, with however many views you have of it.
- Collage — several views of one person in a single reference. A model is a collage.
- Run — the frames you submitted together, with a count that moves.
What it costs
Developing is metered in tokens: 9, 13 or 19 for 1K, 2K and 4K. The price is stated before you commit and is identical to what settles afterwards. Pre-made things, a model or a preset, are bought once with money at a shown price. Tokens never buy a pre-made thing, and money never buys a develop. See quality and cost.
